DAY 1: Transfer from Colombo to Kitulgala.
If you're looking for an action-packed adventure on the water, why not go for a white water experience in the numerous rapids found in Sri Lanka? This activity is great fun for first timers and experts alike, with a wide range and grading of rapids on some of Sri Lanka's more turbulent waters such as the Kelani River. You will also visit Kitulgala up in the hill country. The small Kelani River community of Kitulgala made its mark on the map when it became the site of filming for the famous 1957 Oscar-winning film ‘Bridge over the River Kwai'.
Lunch will be served at the Round Tour Restaurant; after Lunch proceed back to Colombo.
