Having worked at various hotels including John Keels hotels, Aitken Spence hotels, Hilltop, Serendib, Confifi hotels, and also in the Maldives, Palm Village Hotel is supervised by its' resident manager Mr. Laksitha Wegodapola, on behalf of Mclarens Holidays Resort Ltd.
With almost 16 years' experience in the hospitality industry under his belt, Laksitha is a warm, charming individual.

The Resort development is intentionally small-scale to have low adverse impact on the environment and local community. Eco-friendly purchasing and a recycling scheme are in place with the aim of avoiding pollution and achieving "zero waste".
The resort has implemented various environment protection measures in order to preserve nature for the future generations.
