If booking cancellation is notified more than 21 days prior to booked arrival date the deposit will be refunded minus all the bank charges. If the cancellation is notified less than 21 days prior to arrival 1 night stay will be charged. All cancellations of bookings during peak period of 20th December to 20th January, 'no-shows' and guests cutting their stay short during this period will be charged 100% of the booking.
