Ours is a small, intimate hotel with only twelve suites. Aditya feels as warm and welcoming as a home, and you can easily imagine it as your own private luxury villa on the beach in Sri Lanka.

The suites themselves, however, are anything but small. Our guests find themselves in some of the most expansive accommodation available in Sri Lanka, cosseted in exquisite tropical art and antiques, lavished with every conceivable luxury, and indulged with service that looks after every need and desire. The Bar is stocked with a comprehensive range of wines and spirits, and serves up familiar and exotic cocktails.

• Children less than 12 years old: 50% on meals.

• 01/05/2009 to 10/12/07: Cancellations should be made 20 days prior to the date of arrival. Failing which the cancellation charge will be 3 nights on the basis booked.
• 11/12/2009 to 15/01/2010: Cancellations should be made 45 days prior to the date of arrival. Failing which the cancellation charge will be 5 nights on the basis booked. 
• 16/01/2010 to 30/04/2010: Cancellations should be made 20 days prior to the date of arrival. Failing which the cancellation charge will be 3 nights on the basis. 
• 16/01/08 to 30/04/08: Cancellations should be made 15 days prior to the date of arrival. Failing which the cancellation charge will be 3 nights on the basis booked.
